Managing pests, diseases and weeds on your property safeguards your productivity and profitability. The best person to determine what the biosecurity risks are and how they should be practically managed is you as the primary carer for your livestock. 

Most people are already following good biosecurity practices and doing what the plan suggests is required. Documenting those efforts will help to assure buyers that your products are high quality and come from a trusted source.

LBN, AgForce Queensland, DAF, FutureBeef, Elders and Dawson Catchment Coordination Association have combined forces to bring you a series of workshops to assist you in developing your own Biosecurity Plan.

QATC will be helping producers to complete their Biosecurity plan, RFCS will be sending a financial counsellor to help business, QRIDA will be going through what products are available and WHSQ, Office of Industrial Relations will give attendee’s some free templates to help with farm safety and inductions
